Takedown Requests
Draft. This text is pending legal review and may change. A new version will be shown for acceptance again.
Token names, symbols, images, banners, descriptions and links are supplied by token creators. If content shown on Atomic Launchpad infringes your rights (for example trademark or copyright) or is unlawful, you can ask us to remove it from the site.
What we can and cannot do
We can hide a token, its image or its links on the site. We cannot change or delete data stored on a public blockchain or on IPFS, and we cannot stop a token from trading in its smart contracts or on other interfaces.
How to send a request
Write to the contact address that will be published on this page with:
- your name and contact details, and whom you represent;
- the token address (or the page link) and the content concerned;
- the right you hold or the law the content breaks, with evidence;
- a statement that the information is accurate and that you are authorised to act.
What happens next
We review each request, may ask for more information, and may inform the creator where appropriate. We act on clearly unlawful content promptly. Abusive or false requests are ignored.
