1. Controller

2. What we process
- Wallet address. The address you connect, to show your balances, tokens, fees and referral data. Wallet addresses and transactions are public on the blockchain by design; we cannot delete or change them.
- Uploads. Token images and banners you upload are published to IPFS through our upload service. They are public and permanent.
- Technical data. Our servers and our hosting and network providers (including Cloudflare) receive your IP address and request data to deliver the site and protect it from abuse. Server logs are kept for a limited time.
- Browser storage. Your browser keeps your choices locally: theme, acceptance of these terms, a referral link you opened (for 30 days). They are not sent to us.
3. Why
To provide the site you asked for (contract), to keep it secure and comply with the law (legitimate interest and legal obligation). We do not sell personal data and do not use advertising trackers.
4. Who else receives data
Blockchain RPC providers and the public network receive the transactions you sign. IPFS pinning (Pinata) receives your uploads. Hosting and network providers process technical data on our behalf. Some of them may be outside the EU, with appropriate safeguards.
5. Your rights
Under the GDPR you can ask for access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability of your personal data and object to its processing, within the limits of what we hold (we cannot change public blockchain or IPFS data). You can complain to the Spanish data protection authority (AEPD). Requests: the contact address that will be published on this page.
6. Changes
The version and date are shown at the top. A new version is shown for acceptance again.
