Law Enforcement Requests

This page is for law enforcement and public authorities requesting information from Timeus LAB LLC, the developer and operator of Atomic Launchpad.
What we hold
Atomic Launchpad is non-custodial. We do not hold user funds or private keys, do not run user accounts, and cannot freeze, seize, reverse or move assets on a blockchain. Transactions and wallet addresses are public on the blockchain and can be reviewed there directly. We may hold limited technical data, such as server logs kept for a short period.
How to send a request
Send requests from an official address to the contact address that will be published on this page, including:
- the requesting authority, officer name, badge or reference number and official contact details;
- the legal basis (court order, subpoena or equivalent);
- the wallet addresses, transactions or token addresses concerned and the data sought;
- any deadline and whether the request must stay confidential.
How we respond
We review each request against applicable law, may ask for clarification, and disclose only what the law requires. Emergency requests involving a risk of death or serious harm should say so clearly.
