This page will hold the crypto-asset white paper and related disclosures under Regulation (EU) 2023/1114 on markets in crypto-assets (MiCA), where they are required for Atomic Launchpad or for the Atomic Launch token.
Scope
Atomic Launchpad is a non-custodial software interface; Timeus LAB LLC does not issue, offer or hold the tokens that users create. Each token is created by its creator through the smart contracts. Whether and which MiCA obligations apply to the site, to the Atomic Launch token and to tokens created by users is being assessed with counsel.
Status
The white paper has not been published yet. Until it is, nothing on the site is an offer to the public of a crypto-asset by Timeus LAB LLC.
